A demonstration (demo) is a detailed video or tutorial session which engages a user to understand the benefits of the features in relation to the user’s specific needs and pain points. A demo is extremely helpful in gaining a deeper insight as to whether users will have added value in subscribing to the product or service.

Providing a demo session with Saas (software as a service) is vital as the service is all online and the new technology can be challenging for business owners to digest. RosterElf provides free demo sessions to its customers (both trial and subscription) via face to face in our offices or video link.
