RosterElf is pay-as-you-go. You top up your account with a select amount, and we’ll only charge your account for the number of staff you roster on each week. We do not charge for staff that do not get rostered. If at any point you have to republish your roster, we only charge for additional employees added.

Managers are charged the same as staff. You are charged for every staff member that has rostered shifts weekly, including management staff. This includes business owners if they are rostered.
There is no minimum monthly spend. You can add credit to your account for $50, $100, $250, $500 or $1000. When your account falls below the amount needed to build your roster for the week, the credit card on file will be charged with the predetermined amount.
SMS notifications are 0.05 per text. The charge is debited to your account every time an SMS is sent out. These are a great way to keep leave requests up to date, keep employees aware of rostered shifts, and eliminate time theft through live clock in and out updates.
If you need to re-publish your roster, you will only be charged for the additional employees that are added. For example, if you have published a roster with 20 staff and you need to add two additional employees, you will only be charged for the two employees added not all 22.
You will not be charged for inactive employees. If you have 20 employees on your staff but only roster ten a week, you are only charged for the ten employees rostered.
Your free trial is valid for 30 days from signup and gives you full access to all features included with RosterElf’s “Pro” plan. Features include rostering, time and attendance, and payroll integration. You’ll also have access to free SMS notifications!

With RosterElf, you only pay for what you use, regardless of the plan selected. Our ‘Basic’ plan costs $0.50 per employee that is rostered. For example, if you publish a roster with 20 staff, $10 will be debited from your account.
The “Pro” plan, which includes access to our time clock app to help eliminate time theft through photo proof, costs a dollar per employee. For example, if you publish a roster with 20 staff on the “Pro” plan, $20 will be debited from your account.
