With RosterElf, you only pay for what you use, regardless of the plan selected.

We think this is the fair way as many of our clients have busy and quieter times of the year.

If you have selected the “Basic" plan each weekly roster you publish will cost $0.50 per employee. Eg. If you publish a roster with 20 staff, $10 will be debited from your account. If the following week you only publish a roster with 10 staff, $5 will be debited from your account.

The “Pro” plan which includes access to our clock-in-out app and payroll integration platform works in a similar way, except it will cost you $1.00 per employee per week. Eg. If you publish a roster with 20 staff on the “Pro” plan, $20 will be debited from your account.
RosterElf works off a pre-paid credit system. When your trial finished, you will be prompted to add your credit card details.

Each time you run out of credit, RosterElf will automatically top up your account using this credit card and email you an invoice.

$50 is the standard top-up amount but you can select from $100, $250, $500 and $1000 if you want to topup a greater amount and save on paperwork.

If you have 20 employees registered on your account but only roster 10 of them in a given week, you will only be charged for the 10 employees.
Sure can! Even after you select a plan, be it “Basic” or “Pro”, you can switch plans at any stage.
We only charge if you add new employees to a roster, and only for the number added.

Eg. If you have published a roster with 20 staff and then, a few days later, go in and edit the roster by adding two additional employees, you will only be charged for 2 additional employees added NOT all 22.
