Usually issues are resolved within minutes.
Today I had an issue which required a bit more support. Carlo very quickly escalated to Simon. Simon was in contact with me immediately! On a Saturday! Great communication with Simon who was in contact with Xero. Situation quickly escalated and I was in a video conference with Matt and Simon. Matt and Simon identified my issue and within a few more minutes I was back up and running again. I stress, this was on Saturday!

Simple to set up and use.
Just getting started with RosterElf and had some integration woes. My boy Carlo came through in a big way. zoomed me right away to try and sort the issue and when it proved to be a bit more complicated, he went away and promptly got back in touch with the solution. True hero.
Easy to use
RosterElf has been a game changer for our clinic. Its easy to use, integrates into our already existing accounts and Lukas and the team are easy to get ahold of for any issues that may arise.

We trialled ALL the rostering programs and chose RosterElf because of it's ease to use, the immediate costing function and the simple payroll integration. The bonus is that it costs less than many of the others and the support team are always there to get you out of a tight spot. Highly recommend it!
It's OK but could mybe update it make more easier to move the arrow on the days you want to work. like for example you got Mon - Fri an you only want to tick Saturday or Sunday
Rosterelf is a game changer. Really easy straight forward software that helps with rostering and managing staff, they also amazing with customer service and giving a helping hand all the time.

One of our young staff members suggested I look into a 'roster app' instead of sharing an excel spreadsheet with staff. RosterElf has saved me time and errors by importing all the hours into Xero. The app works brilliantly and the staff are happy with the easy access to their roster and making leave requests.

We have been using RosterElf for 12 months and cannot fault it or the support team. Recently needed assistance to link to Xero and Carlo was exceptional. It was a smooth process and cannot be happier with their support. All staff are Australian based which is difficult to find today.

RosterElf is great.... simple, logical and intuitive. No complicated settings just easy setup, now rostering each week is a 2-3 minute task and weekly payroll is done in max 5 mins.

RosterElf is great for managing a team of people especially across multiple locations. With the mobile Apps we can get staff clocking in and out at any site and all the data feeds through into xero.
Their customer support is great and really responsive, I’ve never had a trouble getting in touch with them or having any issues solved.
Definitely one of the better staff rostering / payroll systems out there.

'After searching for rostering systems I found RosterElf. Their website was informative, providing videos on how the system worked, and allowed an obligation free 1 month trial before committing to a very affordable pricing plan. Customer service has and continues to be outstanding. Lucas talked me through integrating RosterElf with our accounting system (xero), it took 2 minutes! He then assisted me to set up rules within RosterElf to ensure award interpretation would be correct according to our different shifts. It's such an easy system to use. My managers found the software so easy they already worked out how to use it before I arranged training with them. Lucas, Aaron and Carlo continue to provide outstanding customer service, always responding within hours. Great team and great software. Highly recommend.

Processing clients payroll has never been easier. As an Accountant, Roster Elf has not only saved my clients time and money in preparing weekly rostering schedules but has saved them huge amounts of time and money in processing payroll. The ability to sync seamlessly with accounting software means no more payroll errors!
This is a great system. It’s simple and easy to use, quick to Roster staff, and saves a heap of time with payroll. I also like the fact I’m not getting charged monthly fees when I’m not using it, the ability to only pay for what I use is super helpful. Well worth trying out if you’re looking for Rostering / Scheduling software.

I have been using RosterElf for several years and can't recommend it enough to people I know with casual employees.
RosterElf has been awesome for our business. It is super simple to setup and use, and the amount of time and money I have saved has been surprising.
Before I started using Roster Elf, I would spend hours each week preparing a roster, trying to recall who was available on what days, manually trying to budget what percentage of forecast turnover I would be spending on wages and even more hours keeping track of who worked overtime, started late etc. in preparation for payroll. All the while hating the process.
I've been using Roster Elf for around 3 months now at the Health Freak Cafe in Scarborough, and everything that I mentioned above that used to take hours, now literally takes minutes each week. And I enjoy the process now. But best of all my percentage of wages to turnover has decreased by around 2.5%, saving me heaps.
