  • Employees set the days and times they can (and can’t) work and can request leave in the same place, so managers always roster against up‑to‑date info—no more chasing messages
  • Staff can do it on mobile or web: update Standard Availability (your recurring pattern) or add a one‑week Availability Block for temporary changes
  • Standard Availability is your ongoing weekly pattern; an Availability Block overrides it for one specific week only. After that week, your standard pattern resumes
  • Yes—on iPhone or Android (and on web). Requests go to managers for approval, and staff receive confirmation notifications.
  • Availability updates are self‑service; managers can review availability on the roster and, when needed, edit a team member’s availability. Leave requests require manager approval.
