Tell us a bit about F45s background.

F45 Osborne Park has been offering high-intensity group fitness training for over 6 years. We offer over 40 classes per week with a combination of resistance, cardio and hybrid sessions. Classes are specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance.


How long have you been in the industry?

I have been been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years after completing an Exercise Science degree at UWA. I have worked in a combination of fitness centres, Universities and the resources sector before deciding fitness is where my heart was.

What challenges were you facing (prior to using RosterElf) and what motivated you to solve them? 

Getting rosters sorted for staff each month was always challenging and not something I looked forward to. With RosterElf we can see all the trainers' availability and create the roster around that. It’s then published and each trainer receives an SMS, push notification and/or email to advise of their shifts. We no longer need to do the laborious task of creating a roster on Google sheets.


What was your first experience using RosterElf like?

Through F45 we use an array of different software but using RosterElf for the first time was a breeze. It’s very intuitive and simple to learn. I felt like a seasonedRoster Elf user after just a day or two of using it!
