Sometimes staff work shifts that were not part of the original roster. To make sure these unrostered shifts are paid accurately, you can add them directly from the payroll screen. This guide walks through adding an unrostered shift to payroll so no shift goes unpaid, helping you manage unexpected hours and keep time and attendance records complete.

To begin adding an unrostered shift, open the Payroll tab and select the relevant week so the shift lands in the correct pay period.
