How long is a partnership chat?

Around 30 minutes. Enough to work out whether the program suits your book and to answer the commercial questions properly.

Do I have to commit to anything on the call?

No. The partner program is free to join with no lock-in and no minimums, and nothing is signed on a call. If it is not a fit you will hear that from us rather than a follow-up sequence.

I have already applied. Should I still book?

If you have submitted the partner application our team will already be in touch. Booking a chat is a way to get in front of someone sooner, so go ahead if you would rather not wait.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Your confirmation email carries a link to reschedule or cancel — you do not need to contact us separately.

Which practices does the partner program actually suit?

Accountants, bookkeepers, BAS agents and payroll bureaus whose clients employ people who work shifts — hospitality, retail, healthcare, aged care, cleaning, security. Rewards are paid on active employees rostered in RosterElf, so a book of salaried, office-only clients earns very little. That is worth knowing before you spend half an hour on a call.

What do partners earn?

A one-off $100 bonus for every new client business, plus $1.00 to $2.00 per active employee every month for as long as that client stays on RosterElf. Your per-employee rate rises with the total employees you manage across all clients: Bronze (100–499 employees) at $1.00 per employee, Silver (500–999 employees) at $1.25 per employee, Gold (1,000–2,499 employees) at $1.50 per employee, Platinum (2,500–4,999 employees) at $1.75 per employee and Diamond (5,000+ employees) at $2.00 per employee. Do I have to move my clients onto RosterElf myself?

No. Our Australian-based team handles onboarding, and the Advisor Centre gives you one login across every client account rather than a password list.

Can I just refer clients instead of managing them?

Yes. A straight referral still earns the $100 signup bonus. Managing the client in the Advisor Centre is what adds the recurring per-employee commission on top.

Is there anything for advisors who do not join?

Plenty. The award-rate guides, payroll calculators and templates on our accountant resources hub are free and need no account, and the bookkeeping templates are built to Australian GST and BAS rules rather than the US-shaped files most template sites ship.
