- Your report opens in Elf AI pre-filled with everything you entered, and is flagged to our senior support team for review. You can attach screenshots right there in the chat. We typically reply within one business day.
- They are optional, but they help us reproduce and fix the issue faster. After you submit, Elf AI opens and you can attach screenshots directly in the chat using the paperclip icon.
- Our Australian-based support team typically responds within one business day (Monday to Friday, 9:30am–7:00pm AEST). High-severity, "I'm blocked" issues are prioritised.
