Install the skill once: one zip, uploaded in Claude's settings. No API key, nothing to configure in RosterElf, and nothing for us to switch on at our end.
Ask in plain English: "Timesheet costs for last fortnight." "Who is rostered Friday night?" "Who approved that leave?" Claude opens the right screen and reads the answer back.
RosterElf applies the award: Claude reads; it never prices. Award interpretation runs in RosterElf when a roster is costed, and you publish and pay from there.
