There's no charge for RosterElf support
Support is included in your RosterElf subscription, no matter how often you contact us. If a website claims to offer RosterElf phone support at a cost, it is not official RosterElf support and should not be trusted.
1. Is there a RosterElf phone number?
No — RosterElf doesn't offer inbound phone support, so there is no telephone number you can call. We've found customers get faster, more accurate help when the right person handles the question with the full context in front of them, rather than whoever happens to answer a phone line. We do talk to customers when it helps: you can book a call and we'll make sure the right team member is ready with all the necessary information.
Don't call a "RosterElf support number" you find on the web
RosterElf does not publish an inbound support phone number, and we never charge for support. If a website lists a RosterElf support or customer service number — especially one that asks for payment, remote access to your device, or your login details — it is not official. Do not call it or share any information.
