This FAQ is designed for staff accounts using RosterElf. If you have a manager or admin account, please refer to the appropriate manager resources instead. Many common staff questions are not
handled by RosterElf but instead by your manager. This guide will help you understand which queries RosterElf can answer and when you need to speak directly to your employer.
1. When will I get paid?
RosterElf does not control payroll. Payment dates and payroll cycles are set by your employer. Please speak directly with your manager or payroll department if you want to know your pay schedule.
2. How can I see my timesheets?
Staff accounts in RosterElf do not provide direct access to full timesheets. Timesheet records are typically managed by payroll systems outside of RosterElf. If you need a copy of your timesheets,
please ask your manager.
3. Can I see my payslips in RosterElf?
No. RosterElf does not issue payslips. Payslips come from your employer's payroll system. Please contact your manager or HR team for payslip access.
