Time Clock - Staff can clock in/out even without rostered shift or outside of geofence

Staff who get called in when I'm not available to change the roster need to be able to clock in. Currently, if someone is called in for an emergency shift, they can't clock in because they don't have a rostered shift. This causes issues with time tracking and payroll accuracy. We need an option to allow staff to clock in even when: - They don't have a scheduled shift - They are outside the geofence location This would help with last-minute coverage and emergency situations.
