RosterElf's HR Hub - documents, certifications, hiring, onboarding etc
Love your software but would really like onboarding for new hires. Contracts and documents etc.
We are currently tracking staff qualifications, licences and certifications data in spreadsheets. It would be great if we could add a tab within the staff profile that contains a list of qualifications, licences and certifications that a staff member holds, add attachments to each and note if there is an expiry date. The ability then to report on or flag to employees that there drivers licence or working with children blue card is going to expire and for Managers to be able to maintain this would be ideal.
This would be amazing! We spend so much time tracking certifications manually.
