This is expected and is not an error. Monthly plans are billed in arrears at the end of each calendar month, based on the number of active staff during that period — as set out in clause 3 of our Terms and Conditions. When you cancel, you are charged for the full billing month in which the cancellation occurs. This is your final invoice. For example, if you cancel on 15 May, you will receive one final invoice at the end of May covering that month of use. No charges will apply after that.
