Cancel your RosterElf subscription

This article explains how to cancel your RosterElf subscription. Understanding the cancellation process will help you manage your account effectively. If you decide to cancel, your account data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

1. Steps to cancel your subscription

Follow these instructions to cancel your RosterElf subscription through the platform.

1.1 Access your account settings

1.1.1 Click on your name in the top right corner of the RosterElf platform.

1.1.2 Select Account Info from the dropdown menu.

1.2 Initiate the cancellation

1.2.1 Scroll down in the popup window.

1.2.2 In the Cancel Subscription section, click on Cancel.

1.3 Confirm your cancellation

1.3.1 A confirmation prompt will appear. You will be asked for a few details to help us learn and improve.

1.3.2 After providing the information, confirm your cancellation.

Note:

A final invoice will be issued at the end of the month in which you cancel. Your account data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
