Change your subscription plan in RosterElf

This article explains how to change your RosterElf subscription plan. RosterElf uses Stripe for billing, so all plan changes are managed securely through your account settings. You can switch from monthly to annual billing, or adjust the number of seats on your existing annual plan.

All plan changes are made from the same starting point: press the welcome message in the top right corner, select account overview, and press subscription settings. From there you can access update subscription to change your plan type or adjust your seats. If you are on a monthly plan and want to move to a higher tier, see our guide on how to upgrade your monthly subscription.

Xero App Store subscribers:

If you subscribed through the Xero App Store, manage your subscription through Xero's platform. See our guide on Xero subscriptions for more information.

1. Switch to annual billing

Switching to an annual plan saves 30% compared to monthly billing and is ideal for businesses committed to using RosterElf long term. When switching to annual, you select a fixed number of seats that covers your team. You can always update your annual plan seats later if your team size changes.
