How to change your RosterElf subscription plan

Change your subscription in RosterElf

Learn how to change your subscription plan within the RosterElf platform. This article will guide you through the process, ensuring you can easily adjust your plan to fit your business needs. You can switch between monthly and annual plans or adjust the number of employees covered.

1. Access your account info

To begin changing your subscription, you need to access your account settings.

1.1 Select account info

1.1.1 Click on your name located in the top right corner of the screen.

1.1.2 From the dropdown menu, choose Account Info.

1.2 Navigate to the subscription tab

1.2.1 Click on the Subscription tab to view your current plan.

2. Adjust your subscription plan

You can toggle the Monthly/Annual switch to select your preferred plan. If you opt for an annual plan, specify the number of employees you want to cover.

2.1 Choose employee count

For example, if your business typically fluctuates between 10 and 20 staff members during peak and off-peak periods, you can select ten employees for the annual plan. Any additional staff will incur the regular monthly rate.

3. Update your plan

3.1 Once you are ready to proceed, click on Update Plan to save your changes.

Xero App Store subscribers:

If you subscribed through the Xero App Store, you'll need to manage your subscription through Xero's platform.

1. How do I access my account info in RosterElf?

Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and select Account Info from the dropdown menu.

2. Where can I find my current subscription plan?

You can view your current subscription plan by navigating to the Subscription tab after accessing your account info.

Yes, you can easily toggle the Monthly/Annual switch to change your subscription plan as needed.

5. Why can't I see my subscription tab?

If you can't see your subscription tab, this could be because your subscription is hosted by Xero. Xero subscribers manage billing through the Xero platform.
