1. Use advanced filters
1.1.1 Click the hourglass icon located at the top right of the screen.
1.1.2 In the advanced filter pop-up, choose the site you wish to view from the dropdown menu.
1.1.3 Filter by position if you only want to see staff in a specific role.
1.1.4 Narrow down the list further by staff name, selecting the individual you need.
1.1.5 Save the view as a default if you want the same filtering to appear each time you open the app.
