When did ClubsHR close?
ClubsHR closed on 30 December 2025, and the legacy portal is no longer available.
Do I need to create a new account?
No. Your ClubsHR credentials will work on RosterElf automatically. Simply log in to rosterelf.net using your existing email and password.
Will my data transfer automatically?
Yes. All your data — including employee records, rosters, timesheets, and settings — transferred automatically to RosterElf. No manual re-entry required.
What happens to my subscription?
Your subscription moved to RosterElf at equivalent pricing. To change or cancel it, contact RosterElf support.
Will club-specific features still work?
Yes. Club-specific features including Clubs Industry Award interpretation for NSW registered clubs will continue to work in RosterElf. You'll also gain access to additional features in the RosterElf platform.
