Approved timesheets flow into Xero with your pay rules already applied — overtime, bank holiday premiums and unsocial-hours supplements calculated rather than looked up. Staff details and pay rates stay in sync between the two.
The part that matters for RTI is what goes in: because RosterElf records when people actually clocked in and out rather than what the rota planned, the figures you submit reflect the hours that were really worked.
Why there is no MYOB here
RosterElf is an Australian company, and our Australian site lists MYOB alongside Xero. MYOB is an Australian and New Zealand payroll product that UK businesses do not generally use, so it is not part of the UK integration set — listing it here would be padding.
If you run UK payroll on something we do not connect to directly, approved timesheets export in a format most systems accept. Tell us which one you use and we will tell you honestly whether it works today.
GPS-verified clock-ins
Know the clock-in came from the site
Google Maps powers a geofence around each site, so a worker can only clock in when they are actually there. For multi-site operations it also means hours land against the right site without anyone having to remember to switch.
Location data is personal data under UK GDPR, so RosterElf captures a position at the moment of clock-in rather than tracking anyone continuously — the proportionate approach, and the one that is easiest to explain to staff.

Published shifts appear in each worker's own calendar and update when the rota changes. It is a small thing that removes a lot of "when am I in this week?" messages.
