Add dark mode option to the iOS and Android apps for better visibility in low light conditions.
Many staff check their rosters in the evening or early morning. A dark mode would:
- Reduce eye strain in low light
- Save battery on OLED screens
- Match system-wide dark mode settings
- Be easier to use during night shifts
