This article covers how to request a password reset from both the RosterElf web app and the RosterElf mobile apps.

Web App

From the website or app login screen, simply click "Forgot your password?" 

Mobile Apps

You will receive an email with a Temporary password to allow you access to the system. If you don't receive this, please check your junk/spam folder. 

You can also try adding to your "safe" or approved senders list of your email service or program. 

If you don't receive your password after doing this, please contact our Customer Support Team
