This article covers how an Owner, Admin, Manager or Assistant can find if an employee is available for a shift using the 'Perfect Match' system developed by RosterElf on the RosterElf web app.
Please Note: This functionality is only available from the RosterElf web app.
1. All Employees
The second tab, "All Employees", displays every employee on your account regardless of if they are assigned to the particular position or site. We recommend only using the "All Employees" list to select an employee in emergencies as these are people less suitable for the role.
2. Perfect Matches
When you need to select an employee for a shift, the window below will appear. It has two tabs, "Perfect Matches" and "All Employees". The "Perfect Match" tab shows only employees assigned to both the site and position you are trying to fill. You will notice that some are in Green while others are in Grey or Red. Employees marked in Green are available to work during the shift times, so they are always the best choice.
