This article covers how an Owner, Admin or Manager can view employees updated availability in the RosterElf iOS or Android apps.
Viewing Availability Updates
Within the Management Dashboard section of the app, users can view updates to availability submitted by employees.
The "Updated Last 7 Days" will display the most recent updates made by employees, including the availability percentage. If an employee is only available four days out of seven, their availability will be 57%.
Whilst you don't need to note updates in availability as RosterElf's perfect match system will automatically recommend available employees for shifts, this functionality is an excellent way for managers to keep abreast of changes if they so choose.
