RosterElf puts the responsibility on employees to keep their availability up to date. Staff can do this by logging onto their account on the web or our Android or IOS apps and setting the days and times they are available to be rostered on to work. 

RosterElf's "Perfect Match" system will automatically use this information to suggest potential matches for shifts; managers can keep abreast of changes in employee availability via their dashboard.

View Availablity

  • Availability is visible in the bottom right of the dashboard as soon as you log in to RosterElf.

  • Click on any of these records to view details on the updated times and days employees are available.

Please note availability is currently only able to be edited by the employee.
