How can I see how many hours I have rostered each staff member for the week?

1. Weekly view

On the weekly view, you can see the total number of hours each of your staff has been rostered for the week, either search or just find their name.

2. Publish window

The information about total hours rostered includes unpaid breaks. 
To see the total payable hours click publish then click on the staff tab to review hours rostered minus breaks.
