Xero error - employee missing ordinary hours rate

Why did you receive the error?

If when trying to process payroll from RosterElf to Xero you receive the warning message below, it means at least one of your employees in Xero is missing a "Ordinary Earnings Rate".

How do you fix this error?

To fix this issue, within your Xero account, find the employee file, go to the "Employment" tab and select a "Ordinary Hours Rate" from the dropdown menu (normally this is your "Ordinary Hours" or "Monday-Friday" rule).Once done, you can go back to RosterElf and process the payroll again.
