With RosterElf, any employee can not only set their availability to work but also request "Time Off" via the PC or app.
Once "Time Off" has been requested, managers will be notified and have the opportunity to decline the request. If it is not declined, employees will be market as unavailable during this time off period.
1. Go to the Settings tab
Firstly, click on the "Settings" tab and then click the "My Availability" section.
2. Type details for Time Off request
Set the start and finish time of your Time Off request as well as a comment.
Then click the "Save" button.
3. Managers notified
Once you save your time off request, managers will be notified of your request via email and also via their notification section on RosterElf as per example below.
