How can I copy a roster from a previous week?



1. Click Copy Previous Week

To quickly copy a roster from a previously published week, simply click the "Copy Previous Week" button on the bottom of the roster screen.

A pop-up window will appear enabling you to select from a list of all previously published rosters for that site.

Simply click one to upload it.

2. Check staff availability

Once the previously published roster has been uploaded, any employees assigned to shifts which they can no longer work due to a change in availability will be highlighted in yellow.

You can simply swap these employees out by clicking on each shift in yellow and replacing with a suitable match who is available to work.
