Live Chat

Managers and staff all have access to RosterElf’s live chat channel, of which our team at RosterElf offers great user support.

Live chat can be found when generally browsing our website or when logged in to RosterElf’s web version. Through live chat, users can ask for assistance and one of our friendly support agents will be on the other end happy to assist.

These are real-time conversations, and are helpful in discovering more about RosterElf or answering a query such as ‘How do I reset my password ?’. If a customer support agent is unavailable to start a chat, users will be able to leave a message and it will be answered to as soon as possible by the next agent. Live chat is available for all subscriptions including basic plan, pro plan, and trial accounts.

Live chat is not limited to employees with account owners, managers and general staff all having access to live chat.

Users can send screenshots of the issues they are facing, which will help customer support agents better understand the problem at hand and resolve the matter quicker.

Customer support agents can also send screenshots and tutorials to overcome a setup problem or understand if there is a software bug that needs to be resolved. If users require further help they can reach our team here.
